Roto, Paint & Comp – Crafting Cinematic Illusions and Realities: Essentials
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Roto, Paint, and Compositing artists play a vital role in visual effects and they are responsible for creating seamless and believable VFX shots that transports viewers into an imaginative world.
In this eleven month program, students will be trained on the essential techniques, tools, and workflows required to achieve high-quality Roto, Paint, and Comp shots. Our focus is directed towards the intricacies of integrating live-action footage with 3D elements, which poses a greater level of complexity. You will also gain an understanding of industry-standard practices and workflows, including the integration of 3D elements into live-action footage. The program is taught with software like Nuke, and Silhouette FX.
At iGene School of VFX Technology, our mentors will provide hands-on experience and practical exercises, where students apply theories and techniques to real-world projects and develop a professional showreel.
